Placing Order

Singapore Delivery
We accept cash payment upon delivery and acceptance of items.

Ordering Process:
1) Select your items from the shopping cart
2) Choose the shipping and payment option
2) We will arrange the delivery/installation date with you
3) Payment is via Paypal or upon delivery/installation

International Delivery
Items are shipped via standard postal air parcel (with insurance coverage if available), unless requested otherwise. Typical delivery times by standard air parcels are:

- To Australia/UK: 10 to 15 days
- To Malaysia/Indonesia/Brunei/Hong Kong/Thailand: 7 to 10 days
- To US/Canada/Germany: 15 to 20 days
- Other countries: please inquire

Ordering Process:

4) Items will be shipped once payment is received
5) A shipment tracking number will be provided (if available)


For international buyers, please note that your country's custom authority might impose duties on imported items. These duties will be paid by you (usually at your local postal or custom office). We are unable to pre-determine or pre-pay such fees.


Items damaged during international shipping will be replaced at no cost to you. We will require your assistance to take photos and lodge a claim at your end with the local shipper. Should the item be out of stock, we will provide a refund instead of a replacement.


Paypal Payment
Paypal offers a convenient method of payment. Through Paypal, you can choose to pay using your credit card, or out of your existing Paypal account balance. Please note that there is a surcharge of 3% payments using Paypal. Paypal is available in selected countries only.
